The mat I received was very good quality; however, it was not the size I ordered. I reached out to customer affairs & they placed an order for the correct size. I have not received it yet.

The frame is beautiful! Can hardly wait to get my needlepoint quilt block in it. Delivery was quite slow, but it was sent priority mail, so problem is with the delivery service and not Poster Palooza. Would certainly purchase again.

I am so happy with this frame. It is the perfect size for my nontraditionally shaped piece of art. The framing looks much more expensive than it was. It was very helpful to be able to try different colored mats on the website - I ended up picking a different one than I'd expected, and it looks great.
